I Was horrified when they charged me 4p for a carrier bag when i bought some trainers for my girlfriends son, they told me i should have brought my own if i wanted a bag i had to pay 4p. i was on my break at work and had no bags but to be told that was rude and not customer friendly, you would not go to a restaraunt and take your own knife and fork and be expected to pay if you didnt, i will never step foot back in that shop again as they are rude arrogant an deven trying to make money on bags in these times when the general public are struggling with the credit crunch, what next will it be you have to pay for till roll if you want a reciept.?? read full review »
