We applied to Yes Loans for a sum of £1, 000 approximately two weeks prior to the incident date on the understanding that they could secure this loan by 7/11/2008. They send us the application form which we signed and sent back, the loan should have been with us two to five days after this. The 7th came and went and we only got an offer letter on the tenth.
