I bought this phone back in March of 09' and two weeks later I started complaining about the phone. when I called the reps, about the phone they assured that it was me and not the phone.then once I learnt all about the phone.it started again. I called the reps about the phone they just kept giving me excuses and when you get a new phone everyone gets a thirty day grace period. they let my thirty days pass and when they finally decided to take the phone back, they sent me another phone older than that model with major defects, then... read full review »
