When you go to this website, you are told you will be receiving a free trial, just pay the shipping. It does not direct you to the terms and conditions which are listed at the bottom of the page. I just received my applicator, with no information on the charges or cancellation procedure. I was suspicious and went to the web site and read the terms and conditions. I have 14 days to get it back to them or I will be charged $80+. I immediately tried to call - the phone number is not working.
