great universal catalouge . there customer service is apalling, i tried to arrange a new set payment plan no joy, there staff are unfriendly arrogant, and very bad mannered, i stopped paying them as no cca, but still they add charges, and pass my details to a credit reference ageny for 6 years . they never answer letters or complaints either . read full review »
