I got charged 2x for $79.28 US Funds un athorized, when I finally got through on their 866-989-2686 (took 2 days for it to finally ring through and after being on hold for 1/2 hour) I was able to cancel the account and get a cancellation #, the lady told me when I recieve the package (was supposably mailed on Oct 4) I should mail back the sample what ever was not used and the new package and shipping instructions were sent to my email.
