I foolishly signed up for this Free Offer ( only paying postage and packaging) and have already been charged for items I have not received. The saddest thing is, of course, that they just don't work anyway. I spent ages trying to get through to a number in Scotland ( I am calling from New Zealand) and was cut off repeatedly. By the time I got though the poor Asian guy on the receiving end got the rough edge of my tongue. I got a cancellation number from them but that was all.
