I would like to say that Norton in itself are scam artitsts. They had me purchase a virus removal for $99.99 to remove a virus that Norton 360 never picked up on its own. With no other soultion in mind I listened to the tech and purchased the $99.99 virus removal to fix my computer issues. After 4 consulations my problem still existed!
