AirTel DTH Customer service and complaint resolution is Worst. I am paying for channels with no picture on the screen. Area service manager Keeps his mobile Switched OFF (9740990603). Service engineer calls and commits will come in 30 mins but never turned up and finally sends the SMS that complaint has been resolved. I am facing this problem in Electronics City Area, Bangalore.
