About 17/12/2008 I requested online to transfer £200 from my personal account (balance £7000+) to a joint account at the same bank to take place on 31/12/2008, specifically because I knew that a direct debit for Council tax was due on 2/01/2009. The confirmation screen was correct. Early in January 2009 I received a letter informing me that the joint account was overdrawn and the account was debitted with a £22 charge.
