I too received a letter indicating that my interest rate went to 29.99% or I could opt out. This occurred despite prompt payments, loyalty and free marketing (I always spoke well of Citibank) since 1995. Once again the working class makes the money for the CEO -- What are their bonuses again? UNBELIEVABLE! The worst part is that I actually teared up chosing to opt out. It was my bank, my card, or so with some deluded thought I was proud to think and say. They don't care and I was ignorant, naive for believing that they did. read full review »
