The above distributor less gas cylender supplied on dated 06.10.2009 the person who supplied left when it was waited without taking money and cylender these facts has been informed to Sh. Deepak Ji reported owner of Prem Gas Serivices on his Mob. No.- 92508449600 on same date i.e. 06.10.2009 as well as field officer Sh. Mohit Ji on his mob.
