I purchase LG LCD TV 42" and DVD player from Croma, Faridabad on 16/10/09. Subsequently TV was delivered on 17/10/09 and DVD player is yet to be delivered. Since then TV is packed in the box and no engineer has visited the place for the installation of the same. My Invoice numbers are 118-75743 and 118-75753.
