After about a month and a half, and numerous e-mails Viv3labs has finally refunded my money! I just kept sending them emails back stating I did not agree for anything other than the free trial and I wanted my money refunded. They took almost 900 CDN from my account! At first (after about 10 emails) they decided to refund me only 136 CDN, however after sending them two more emails, they decided to refund me the full amount. read full review »
