i brought a honeywell humidifier last year it had 2years warranty, , when i used it this winter i see a leak from the bottom of the unit, , i called the customer service and was asked to send the unit to them and that it would take 6 weeks to process, , i spend 10$+ in postage to send the item on nov 5 2008. I called back on dec 16 and was told that that they have not started the process yet, called back on dec 23, the process was not started yet, but because i called them few times now i was told that they will send me a new unit now and... read full review »
