We too were scammed - we ordered the Judging Amy series. We received it but all are pirated copies - most dont work and the ones that do are poor copies with ads that miss the beginning of episode. I have tried emailing them for months to no avail. Have had a dispute in with NAB bank since 5/5/09 who told me today that because i have not returned the item, the money cannot be refunded and now it is too late to take further action. I contacted Ebay because they were a link from them and they said they have no control over the links on ebay sites. NO ONE takes responsibility.
