This is a bad agency. We booked our holiday villa through them in Bali. They only keep chasing us to confirm our reservation. We actually later wanted to book through the villa directly when we find out the villa website. But we were unable to. The villa has told us we have to go back to them after they know Sewatama has made the reservation for us. The main thing we are due to arrive in Nov 2, 2009 today noon.
