I want to lodge a complaint against the residents(IInd & IIIrd Floors) of our colony(GH-2 ANKUR APPTS, PASCHIM VIHAR), who placed a dranage pipe(Unauthorised small pipes placed on their Balcony to discharge waste/dirty water) outside our houses(Ground Floor) and from those pipes they keep flushing their dirty water, which falls and gathers in front of our gates.
