When we returned our water heater that was 8yrs. old to Reliance home comfort they charged us damage fees of $360.00. The water heater is only 380.00-$400.00 when purchased new. The water heater was working and the damages were only from normal wear and tear. I was told when I complained about these charges that if I had remained a customer they could do something about this but since I was no longer a customer too bad for me pay, pay, pay. This somehow just seems to be a punishment for leaving the company. Is this even legal? Again greed of a company turns on the consumer. read full review »
