I downloaded Cat Translator mostly as a joke. My cat, Milo, meows nonstop every morning, and I figured why not see what he's supposedly saying? Honestly, I didn't expect much. The app is dead simple. You hit one button, hold your phone near your cat, and it translates the meow into a human-readable phrase. I tried it during Milo's morning routine, and it came back with "Feed me."
