The service at the Musgrave store totally sucks. The staff are unqualified, ignorant, unprofessional and lazy. They never EVER seem to answer the phones and neither do they follow up on anything. I had to wait TWO weeks to get an answer for my contract when i was told two DAYS. I am now porting over to Vodacom, the service is excellent, the staff at the same mall are wide awake and efficient and much more helpful.
