Don't order the sample $1.95 special for this supposed teeth whitening product "DazzleSmile". I have been billed for two months worth of product--which I never received. The only item I rec'd was a sample that I purchased on line. Luckily, Capital One called me as soon as the two $87+ charges came to them and declined it. I have contacted the EZ-Health company twice and they gave me the cancellation order and return number and said that they would email me where to send the unused product.
