i sent for a sample of dental whitner-pd, postage $1.95-had 14 days to return sample. unfortunately-I DID NOT HAVE A RETURN ADDRESS AND WAS TO RETURN THE SAMPLE. WHEN i phoned the company over a week ago and within the time limit I was told iI would be sent mailing materials and that I would not have further charges on my visa card. Todate I have received no E-MAILS OR PHONE CALLS GIVING ME THE INFORMATION. I need to be able to return the sample and stop payments this relaying of information may have affected my credit card.I am allergic... read full review »
