sign up for Dazzle Smile Pro and you agree to sign up to 3 companies. they claim to ship u free merchandise and u only pay for shipping & handling, and then they forward ur credit card info to Weight Loss Resources, World Club Fitness. They then charge your credit card a monthly fee to be a member of 3 clubs. I called next day and cancelled, but they had already sent my credit card number to other companies.
