The staff of S.B.I, Khapra Mohal, Branch (KANPUR) is very slow in his work. And the staff here misbehaves with he customers. our company was running 3 accounts in the same branch but due to misbehaviour of Mr Raj Kumar(Manager Operations)we had closed 1 of our account. being currency chest branch they are not recieving non issuable notes from us while they recieve from the agents infront of us. and on refusing them cashier says us to close our account.then we request to Manager Cash Mr A.K Gupta his reasponse was also same to close our account. i request you to take strick and immediate action against staff. read full review »
