FM windows replaced all our windows a few years back. One of the reasons we purchased windows from FM Windows and Doors was because they had a lifetime guaranty. A few of our windows need replacement. The inside rubber sealant has begun to buckle in between the panes of glass. We contacted the sales representative who we had dealt with back near the end of 2008.
