Signed up February for HD box, package, Variety pack TV, free Broadband. Not told phone socket needed next to TV and computer, Broadband only active for 2 days since February. Programmes non-existent for 3 weeks. Numerous letters and e-mails sent (from work) as no e-mail access at home. All complaints ignored. Since February paid them £187.90 - what for - just a few extra channels, no Broadband or e-mails, no call barring on telephone.
