Hi, I received a sms on my phone saying I have won R820 000 in a cellphone sweepstake Competition UK (Telco Mobile Bonanza). I was told to contact Mr Benjamin Logan which I did. He has sent me a certified certificate from HMCS in the UK. I need to know if this is true or if its a scam. Of course I asked Mr Logan and he said it is legal.
