I participated in a free trial to get some vtamins online that would cost me about 7 GBP in august 2009. I didn't receive anything until mid october and I then called several times to have my money refunded and order cancelled as I realised on the nvoices I receved that because I hadn't receved the free tiral I ahd been put straight onto themembership and charged full price.
