Took my car in for a simple alternator replacement. The manager called later in the day with an estimate of $288.00 for the alternator, $45.00 for the serpintine belt plus labour total $625.00!!! a quick call to Canadian Tire revealed this was a complete rip off! I have had problems with store before. the customer service is terrible and the owner is arrogant and wants does not "want your business" if you opt for a less expensive part but claims to carry suppior parts. B.S Stay away from Green and Ross and let's give this owner his wish. read full review »
