Myself and wife booked into this hotel online. We paid a deposit and spoke to receptionist several times via email before our arrival on 30th November 2009. Email stated we were flying from sydney @ 6:40am and due to arrive aprox 8am in Adelaide.Email sent back states there is no problem for your arrival at 8am and the room will be ready. After our 2.5 hour flight and 30 min car drive we arrived @ this hotel only to be greeted with a blonde female that had just woke up on the wrong side of bed.
