My daughter recently had driving lessons with the above company. She booked 5 in advance and paid for them. She was told that she would have to pay for cancellations unless the instructor managed to fill the slot to which we agreed. My daughter had to cancel on two occasions due to ill health but the instructor did not ask for a cancellation fee at subsequent lessons so we presumed that she had filled the slot.
