I was charged 78 dollars by them, and it was completely unauthorized. I called and was told that I did not cancel my "free trial". In fact I did. They were asking me for a confirmation number, when I provided it I was told that I still would not be getting a refund. The gentleman's (that's being nice) exact words were "there is no way I am giving you this money back" I proceeded to get his name and ID number and make sure that we were completely out of their system.
