These companies said they would send information and didn't in the time you have to make a decision - then when I called to cancel they blab on (with a heavy accent so had a really hard time understanding them) about their product and want to waste more of my time by "walking" me through their website, by now I don't really care, customer service was annoying (I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves).
