They did not explain in writing in their contract how all of the fees and charges were to be charged, they missrepresented how they were to go about there buisness. They didnt do what they said they were going to do, these things were stated right in there contract on how they would conduct there buisness, and because they didnt do what they stated they would do, we were turned over to collections on 2 accounts.
