Dear Sir, My husband and I were travelling from Hebbal Dairy gate (Esteem mall) to CBI on Bellary road. That costs Rs 7 for an adult. We got into the BMTC bus and gave exactly Rs 14 to the conductor. He did not give the tickets immediately. He was behaving very arrogantly with almost all the passengers. He was scolding most of the passengers for no reasons. I again asked for the tickets.
