In August 2008 I did a sim swop from MTN to Vodacom, after which I started paying for both contracts (MTN and Vodacom). I then immediately phoned Vodacom in Bloemfontein where the sim swop was done in an effort to rectify the problem ASAP. I was told by a lady she will get back to me on the "buyout" which unfortunately never happened. It is now Nov 09 and I still have'nt a clue if Vodacom bought out the contract from MTN when I requested a sim swop.
