I paid online to renew my dialup account, the Payment confirmation no is : 1784047 on 12th Nov-09 Customer Reference No is : MPNB9110735604. Even after 10 days of constant followup with customer care, no action taken. Only robotic response, we are working, we are sorry and so on. Finally my account expired on 21st Nov. I have suffered business loss and all my customer emails are bouncing back. Tata Indicom seems to have serious process failure...even after 10 days they couldnt renew one single dialup account.
