I renewed my Norton 360 on February 6, 2009. Within two weeks I got my first virus. I was told I had to pay for them to clean out the virus. I paid $140 for virus/spyware removal and pc tuneup and boost. Then again on April 11 I received another virus. Once again they told me I would have to pay to have it removed. I asked what was the point in having the protection if they weren't protecting my computer? They said they are not responsible if I open or download a virus.
