I with 4 of my friends have purchased BSNL Prepaid sim cards, with fancy nos. The person who sold us the card, told that the card will be activated in few hours. The person have now switched off his mobile phone from last 3 days, and no activation ahve take place. we have filled all BSNL forms & also given him our address proof. I just want to know that whether this is a fraud, & if it is how come BSNL is allowing there regsitration forms to go to fraud people like these.. read full review »
