I recently had sears home comfort upgrade my furnace, water tank and A/C. The A/C unit was a display model open box thereby reducing the cost about $400 dollars which was supposed to have been used to improve the duct work in my basement. The contractors said they didn't do it because they found sufficient duct work once they opened the ceiling. So the question now is ...Where is my $400 ? The salesman hasn't returned my calls though I've given him ample opportunity. read full review »
