I lodged a Complaint to Whirlpool Service Centre with Phone No:6000 8558 at Chennai on 06-11-2009. They allotted Complaint No:08815. The Mechanic turned up on 08-11-2009 and just saw the Washing Machine. He stated that the Drum must be cleaned with Acid and Chemicals for which a sum of Rs.1350. should be paid so that the next day the concerned Service Personnel will bring the Kit, dismantle the Washing Machine, apply Acid & Chemicals and clean up.
