I ordered their "risk free" trial and decided i did not want the product. So, I shipped it back to them in time for them to receive the product within the 30 days. They then charged my account for the product under a different name. I called them to ask why I had been charged and they said that they received my package and that "we couldn't tell what the product was you sent to us or the package was empty." In other words, they tell me to send the product back to not be charged, I do this and then they find a way to charge... read full review »
