I have been a shift manager for a little less then 4 months. When customers call in and complain pizza hut goes into full force to get the complaint resolved. Yet My problem is I have just been terminated due to a customer complaint. They tell me it was a family having a Birthday party. They sent in 3 complaints saying I was cussing and Screaming at my employee's. I remember the people who sent the complaint.
