We ordered the DVD set of the old series Step By Step from the website. The item pictured on the website was the actual DVD. What we received from China was a bootleg (illegal) copy of poor quality. Obviously a scam. We disputed the charge with the credit card company and were told we should try to contact the company first. I haven't done it yet, so I can't say what their response, if any, will be- I'm not hopeful. Regardless, this is obviously a scam.
