I am writting to you as a last resort to try and resolve my issues with sky. On sept 23 I signed a contract with sky for broadband, sky talk and sky tv. I had my tv dish and box installed with no problems, however two months on I am still battling for my broadband and for my sky talk. After a number of phone calls and empty promises from sky I am going to contact watchdog and ofcom because I am told constant lies and refunded money that I have paid but those refunds never arrive.
