After arriving in Paris, I find out the hotel reservation that I booked and confirmed on expedia.ca did not exist. By then, the hotel was fully booked. I e-mailed expedia and they would not explain or admit to their mistake. After a few exchanges, they began to blame the hotel and assured me that they stive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, I have a copy of the reservation records from the hotel of customers booked through expedia.ca and my name isn't on the list.
