I purchased a Registry Mechanic from PC Tools on 10/26/2009 and the Order Number is 11779020. I also bought a Spyware Doctor on 11/6/2009 and this Order Number is 1257481252-19239-249201. I got the purchased License Codes for these products when I downloaded them. I recently reformatted my computer and I requested the License Codes to be sent to my e-mail address. What they sent to me were License Codes for the free versions of the products, which means I will have to download the free version and then purchase those to get the License Code... read full review »
