I recieved a Norton Automatic Renewal Service pre- billing notification, on November 6 2008 at 4:30 am, On November 26 2008 I recieved notification that our subscriptionhads been automaically renewed. Order # VAB18628410, product serial # JXTJ46RWFX3T. However I am getting indicators from Symantec that it has not been renewed. Please look into this matter and correct it ASAP read full review »
