I recently had a negative experience with one of you employees (Clerk# 4605) @ the Wellington Rd location in London. I was called to pick up my glasses, so I called back to verify. I was than told to bring in the coupon for my $40 refund that the sales representative (#4605)had already processed. I had paid in full upon leaving the store after making my selections and was not aware that I had to produce such a coupon.
